At Camp

Well we made it to Centrifuge here in Jackson, TN and for the first time I actually have internet access. I don’t know if this is a good thing or not, but at least you guys can be with me as I process my thoughts for the week.

It was crazy getting here. I don’t know what it is, but we are cursed to be the last group to camp every time. In Jacksonville the rain and the lostness slowed us up, in St. Louis it was my running the van out of gas that was the problem and yesterday a couple of late people, a hour and a half stop on the interstate for an accident 10 miles ahead of us and one again a slight amount of lostness that made us last. This time we took last to a whole new level as we ended up actually being late. I hate to be late. It made me sour for the whole rest of the night.

It is funny being here and not getting ready to go out and do ministry. The staff is talking about all of this big stuff that we are going to do and I keep thinking that I am going to be tired and then I remember that I don’t have to do anything but sit around for most of the day so I figure things will be fine.

Well, I’ve got to go my guys are up laughing and singing in the next room so I have to walk down the stairs and back up the stairs to their room to get them to sleep.
