So we have historically held our BYBC at this one apartment complex without any major troubles. Well, this year I didn’t take the time to call the director of the place until Friday (when I actually asked Meredith to do it). She passed us off that day and never returned out calls. Today we were supposed to start so I am waiting for her at the office when she comes in and she tells me that she needs to call some other office to see if we can do it. Then she tells me that she will call me back.
She never did.
Now I have 10 students who showed up to work today showing up to work tomorrow and no guarantee that we will be doing anything. I don’t know what to do.
I guess calling earlier than a day before might help.
