Bible Style Guide

On Church Marketing Sucks I found a link to Bite My Bible and their new Bible Style Guide. It is pretty neat little .pdf file. The goal is to provide a reference text designed specifically for those
working within the media industry. It provides a crash course in the
Bible for busy journalists, broadcasters and bloggers.”

I have to say that I found it interesting myself and will probably be using it with my students in the near future. It contains some good information on how the Bible was formed, what’s inside it, and how it differs from other religious books. I know there are many students and adults alike who have no clue how the Bible came about or what is really inside its pages.

I haven’t read all of it, so there may be problems with it, and I haven’t thoroughly examined the Bible Society that made it, but what I have seen looks like it is worth examining.
