Fun on the Net

When I first started over 10 years ago there weren’t a whole lot of ways of editing a web site other than knowing HTML. I didn’t know HTML so I chose one of the few (at the time) WYSIWYG editors: FrontPage. Since then I haven’t really tried to learn anything new. I have been happily plugging away with FrontPage and a little Flash.

Well as I have been looking for the best and cheepest way to host I have found a load of things that I never knew where around. I was playing with what I want for my youth web site and found online solutions for everything from blogs to wiki’s to photo galleries, to complete sites. I am really liking joomba right now and I am falling for the flexibility of wordpress.

Change is coming, I don’t know when I will have enough time to make it happnen, but change is coming.
