M-Fuge: Belmont

Are there any Nailscars.com readers heading to M-Fuge this year? We are going to Belmont next Monday. Here is where the fun of summer really kicks into high gear. Working at a church with no real means of transportation (search for VAN to find some of the troubles we have had with our church van) means that I am stuck trying to find a seat for every student who decides to go. That puts me in the weird position of wanting 30 or so people to go and knowing that there is no way I can find a ride for all 30 of them.

Actually that brings up another good point. I have lost some of my faithful youth chaperones to graduation and moving and such so I am down to a precious few (who are too marvelous for words) but I hate to keep asking them to do everything. Anyone have ideas on how to recruit some new ones?

We’re are going to M-Fuge. Not Belmont. We are heading to Philly. Went to Belmont 5 years ago. Great camp. You can tell the headquarters of Lifeway is there. It’s pretty obvious that they put more money in the Belmont site than some of the others.Praying you all find enough space! And not sure on finding more help. I have the same trouble.

Philly is a Fuge I would love to go to. We went to St. Louis one year, and that drive was nearly enough to make me quit.

Every year at camp I say I am going to do M-Fuge international the next year, but then I come home and life comes in and we are back in the states again.

This will be our 3rd Philly fuge. It is a great opportunity. It’s a 1200 mile trip from here to there, but it is more than worth it….

The youth group at my church is at Belmont this week (June 11-16). I didn’t go this year for the first time in probably six years. This will be the third time that our group has been to Nashville. I hope you go over your hurdles to get there. Your group will be blessed!
