I spent 6 hours yesterday running around trying to get everything I needed for retreat. I went to a grand total of 9 different stores and stood in line with odd combinations of items (spanish moss, a cross with mirrors and some shop rags) for more minutes that I like to remember. Then straight home to change clothes and watch the middle school powder puff game (which will replace the superbowl next year for sheer football greatness) and then to the church to print the books for our retreat. As I type those are still printing because I somehow left thinking that 150 books of 16 pages each would only take one reem of paper and didn’t load the second tray. Sometimes the mind just lets you down.
Shane, man, i’m super sad that i won’t be there with you guys this year… hopefully i’ll be there next time
Lunchable! Great idea!
I know what you mean. I can’t stand shopping for big events. I need to do it this week. I am hoping I can delegate to to someone else. We used to buy food to may sandwiches for trips. Now we just buy a ton of lunchables.
Have a good day!
